Prior to founding the Enso Group, Mr. Maloo founded Himachal Futuristic Communication Limited (HFCL) in 1988, one of India’s first private telecom companies. At the advent of the new millennium, the company’s market capital was almost USD 4 billion.
Mr. Vinay Maloo is a Commerce Graduate from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta.
He is an ardent Jain, vegetarian by birth and delves deeper into the teachings of the Jain monks. At his leisure, he practices yoga, meditation and works out regularly.

He moved on to lead the company as the Managing Director in 2009. He shoulders the responsibilities of group business development and strategy and also manages operations of the energy business. He is well-versed with group marketing strategies for India as well.
Vaibhav holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science specialising in Business Administration from Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. In 2013, he completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
Thereafter, that same year, he joined Judge Business School at University Cambridge for Executive MBA but withdrew his candidacy and left the course incomplete, as he had to move to India.
Mr. Ashok Kumar has garnered rich experience of over 25 years across companies and industries.

Prior to joining the Enso Group, he worked as a consultant with a UK based boutique investment bank. He also worked independently as a consultant for renowned organisations like Home Retail Group, Richer Sounds & Non Linear Dynamics. Mr. Singh is an associate of Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
